My annoying OLDER TWIN BROTHER

In my bio, my creators mentioned my older sickly twin who born and died on our birthday. I grew up without him. Until, I realized that I wished that he was here. If my brother's still living, he would play pranks or even laugh at me. He would make me annoy like in this picture. Probably, he could work in the MIB or anything that he wants to be.
